- Property Management Software - no MLS/IDX integration. (this choice provides you with our Property Management Software which allows you to enter your property listings, photos, and data to display on your website so that visitors can search your listings. This method does not involve any MLS Integration, but gives you complete control over your own property listings in addition to providing you with many other features to manage your potential home buyers.) view pricing
- Smart Framing MLS/IDX integration method. (this choice uses Smart Framing MLS integration only and does not include our above mentioned Property Management Software. Using this method the IDX data is actually formatted by your MLS provider and hosted within a page on your MLS providers server. Your MLS provider provides you links to the data pages which we in turn apply special coding to pull in those pages within pages of your website making it possible for your visitors to search the MLS without leaving your website. Because your MLS controls the formatting for those pages that we pull into your site, the format for those pages can only be modified by your MLS, therefore, you will want to ask your MLS provider to provide you with links so that you can view samples of their layouts to ensure they will integrate nicely into the pages of your site. Not all MLS providers offer Smart Framing, therefore, you will need to contact your MLS provider to ensure they do before ordering this type of package.) view pricing
- Property Management Software and Smart Framing MLS/IDX Integration. (this choice provides you with both our Property Management Software as described above and Smart Framing MLS/IDX integration. This option is great for using our Property Management System to list your own property listings on your website for your visitors to search before clicking a link to search your MLS in the event they can not find what they are looking for within your own listings.) view pricing
NEW - - Raw Data/FTP Feed. (with this choice, using various scripts and software, we import your MLS' raw IDX data into a database and then format it to display within the pages of your website. This method provides you with more choices how your property search and data can be displayed on your site. It also provides an abundance of other features for managing your site visitors and communicating with them when new listings are added. It also provides Brokers that have multiple agents with features specific to each of their agents. This method does not include our above mentioned Property Management Software since your listings are pulled in directly from your MLS' IDX. However, our Property Management software can be added as an additional option, providing you with the ability to manage listings that are not included in your MLS, such as apartment rentals, home rentals, vacation, or commercial rentals.)
