Once we are finished with the design of your site, you can easily manage your web pages without any worry of disrupting the design of your site or causing any issues or errors that would cause your pages to go down.

Using the installed WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor you can create or edit your web pages instantly. Much like using a word processor, just place your cursor in the editor and type. Formatting is just like using a word processor, to make a word or sentence bold, just highlight the content and click the B in the editor.

From the administrator you can also easily click to chat in real time with a representative to obtain support, or click to go directly to our Customer Service area, reach the Control Panel for your hosting account to view stats and more.

WEB PAGE & SITE VISITOR MANAGER:

Managing the web pages for your site couldn't be easier. From the Administrator you click the Web Page Manager link and you are taken to a page that lists out all of your current pages as well provides a link for creating a new page to add to your site.

The editor is based on the famous FCKeditor, also known as a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) which allows you to place your cursor anywhere on the page and type. To edit an existing page of your site simply click the page name from the list and it will open in the editor. Make any changes you like and click Save. That's all there is to it. To create a new page, click the link for New and the editor opens to a blank page, simply type in the Title of your page and place your cursor in the text box and start typing. You apply attributes such as bold, italics, underlines, and any other attributes the same way you apply them in any word processor, highlight the text then click B for bold, or I for italics and so on. Each command in the editor includes a description when you hover your cursor over each graphic. Once you've inserted your data, click save, and then assign it to your menu at just a click.

Restricted Access & Visitor Registration - Some real estate sites like to provide certain information to members only. Our system allows this easily by placing a login area on the pages of your site as well as a New Registration link for members not yet registered. As the Site Manager you have the ability to moderate registration or allow instant registration. When a user registers an email is automatically sent to the email address to confirm their registration and contains a link they must click to confirm. Upon confirming, if you are moderating member sign up, you will receive an email from the system stating you have pending member activations at which time you login to your Administrator and under the User Manager you click a button to approve or disapprove, otherwise, the system email's the user upon receiving their confirmation and provides them with the username and password to log in as a member. Once logged in, and if you have created in pages that can only be viewed by members, the member will see these links in a member menu. Allow member registration also allows you as the Site Manager to easily send out newsletters to your registered members at the click of a button from inside your Administrator. Registered members also have the ability to un-register at any time without going through any red tape by simply clicking a Un-register link from the member menu.


PROPERTY LISTING & AGENT MANAGER:
This powerful feature allows you to manage your listings, property classes, listing order, and agents easily.

Add new listing - When you click to add a listing from the Administrator a window will open where you enter the specifics for your property. Simply complete the fields and then click update. Once you've added your listing you will then have access to upload Images or Virtual Tour.

Property Classes
- the types of property that you manage (condos, new construction, homes, lots, etc.) are known as property classes. These can be edited or added to at any time and appear in the drop down in the property specifics. Property classes allow you to group by type for easier searching You can have as many or few property classes as you like.

Listing Order
- you have the ability to order the listings on your web site by price, by date entered, by a special field, all with descending to ascending or ascending to descending.

Amenities
- We will customize the Interior, Exterior, and Community Amenities to meet your specific needs at the time that we install our software and scripts for your site.

Add/Update Listing Images - Once you've added your listing and click Update, you will then see two new links on the listing page. One for Editing Images and one for uploading Virtual Tour. Each listing supports up to 10 images and 1 virtual tour.

Uploading / Edit Images
- Click the link for Images and the screen will open to a window where you can quickly browse and upload the images from your computer. You can upload from 1 up to 10 images at once. Once you've browsed and located each photo for the listing that you want to upload you click the Update button at which point the system uploads the image and automatically creates a thumbnail for each image.

Image Captions & Order
- Once the system has uploaded your images and created thumbnails you can scroll down the screen and see both the thumbnail and original image and have the ability to enter a short Caption that describes the photo as well as enter in which order you want the image to appear in the listing. Simply complete the information and click update.


Virtual Tours
- Each listing supports one virtual tour. Click the virtual tour link to locate the tour on your computer and then upload.

Add / Edit Agents:
Using the agent manager you can add, remove, or disable agents, control how many listings they can add, allow featured listings, and virtual tours, and control other privileges such as whether you want them to have the ability to modify their personal information that is displayed with their listings.

Once you add an agent, they have their own login area where they manage their own listings and information.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ORDER ONE OF OUR SELF-MANAGED DESIGN PACKAGES....

After you've decided on the real estate website design package that best suits your needs, you submit our easy step by step order form.

Upon receipt of your order, it will be assigned to one of our professional real estate website design staff members who will then contact you to obtain additional information and specifics. The designer will then setup your real estate web hosting account and install all necessary scripts and software to your account and begin the process of customizing your template or if you've chosen to use your existing design, will begin integrating it into our software and scripts.

Once the overall design phase is completed, the designer will contact you and ask that you visit your site to approve the look and feel and will then make any neccessary corrections. Once you have approved the design, the designer will then enter the data for each of your pages, setup the main administrative area which you will access, and agent restricted access for any additional agents that you may have, setup any restricted user areas for your site visitors, etc. Once this is done the designer completely tests all areas, forms, and enters a sample site listing and featured listing. Once the designer has tested your site completely they will contact you and ask that you go through your site once more to confirm the page data.

Once your site is completed the designer will send you an email that contains step by step instructions for using your new site, editing existing pages, adding new pages, editing and adding your real estate listings and photos, managing agents and site members, etc. They will also ask to schedule a time that is convenient for you, for them to telephone you, to walk you through each step.

This is not the end of our assistance. We realize that it may take you a few times accessing and making modifications or additions, we're here for you, the designer will provide you with method in which to contact them in the event that you need them.

At this phase you WILL have the ability to EASILY manage your real estate website pages and real estate listings...ALL without ever incurring additional charges for adding or making changes to your real estate website and real estate listings as you've probably had to do in the past.
